Advanced Training – Cross Servicing
This session is designed to help attendees better use Client Sense to identify and action cross servicing opportunities. Cross servicing is much more important today than it was 12 months ago. As business needs change weekly in response to the impact of COVID, different groups across the firm will be drawn under or pushed over capacity. This will increase the need to cross service to ensure healthy revenue streams and profitability can be maintained across all groups.
This session requires attendees to either have undertaken prior Client Sense basic training or to have existing hands-on experience with the Client Sense solution.
– Identifying cross servicing opportunities across the firm’s client base
– Assessing the relevant relationships that can assist
– Assisting groups and individuals in developing new work from existing clients
– Monitoring for the increase in cross servicing efforts
