Contract Term
You can chose between a Quarterly or an Annual subscription term. Without any long-term contracts, this ensures we are always on our best behaviour. We are proud to say that our clients continue to use us because we continue to add value, not because they are contracted to do so. The truth is that if Client Sense (or any software) does not save you or make you more than it costs, you should not be stuck paying for it.
Annual vs Quarterly Subscription
Choosing an annual subscription removes the setup fee (equivalent to one quarterly subscription period) and training cost ($850 AUD). Annual subscriptions also benefit from 10 Relationship Management licences for the Professional plan at no additional cost and Premium plans on an annual subscription include unlimited Relationship Management licences.
Software Upgrades
As a part of your Client Sense subscription you are entitled to use the latest software version. You are not charged for the latest software and there is no additional charge from our team to perform these updates. In-fact there are no other hidden or service charges relating to your Client Sense subscription.
*Relationship Management
Premium plans on an annual subscription include unlimited Relationship Management licences. Professional plans on an annual subscription include 10 Relationship Management licences. Additional Relationship Management licences can be purchased in blocks of 5 for $750 AUD ex GST per quarter.
Note that Relationship Management is designed specifically for your firm's 'Client Relationship Partners' or similar, for managing their key client, referrer or prospect relationships. The video below demonstrates some of the benefits.
