Client Sense was founded in 2016 by NextLegal, a leading Australian legal technology consulting practice, comprised of individuals with extensive in-house law firm experience both at an operational and strategic level.
Client Sense was developed collaboratively with Australian mid-tier law firms, in response to the challenges faced when relying on manual data entry to support the firms’ Business Development and Client Relationship Management initiatives.
With a strong background in law firm data analytics, blended reporting and technical system integration, it might be easy to think that we would pride ourselves on having the most capable, intelligent and powerful Business Development solution anywhere in the world, but we do not. We take most pride in ensuring Client Sense is intuitive, elegant, and easy to use. We believe passionately in our solution and work everyday to ensure that the Client Sense system reflects the deeply capable and personable team that sits behind it.
Having solved many of the Business Development and Client Relationship Management challenges for firms, we also wanted to change the things we disliked about many of the traditional, complacent and expensive software systems in the market. As a result, Client Sense does not have any long-term contract, because we ourselves dislike paying for ‘shelf-ware’ (software you commit to pay for, but never use). We also believe that we should have to deliver on an ongoing basis to keep you as a client, as no-doubt you must do for your clients. Simple.
