Advanced Training – Succession Planning
This session is designed to help attendees use Client Sense to support the firm’s succession planning efforts. If you have partners or staff members retiring, client-facing staff going on extended leave, or instances where you need to move certain relationships from one staff member across to others in your firm, this session will be extremely helpful.
At the end of this session, you will be comfortable in using Client Sense to ensure the relationships your firm needs to transition, are monitored and preserved both during and beyond the transition period.
This session requires attendees to either have undertaken prior Client Sense basic training or to have existing hands-on experience with the Client Sense solution.
– Identifying the relationships likely impacted
– Setting the key relationships needing to be transitioned
– Monitoring for the planned relationship transitions
After registering, you will be sent an Outlook meeting invite within 24 hours. This will include the Zoom meeting connection details. This training is provided at no cost as a part of your Client Sense subscription.
