Key Client and Referrer Management
This session is designed to help attendees better use Client Sense to ensure key clients and referrer relationships are being actively maintained. This session will show you how to ensure your critical key relationships are being maintained and monitored.
This session requires attendees to either have undertaken prior Client Sense basic training or to have existing hands-on experience with the Client Sense solution.
– Setting up key relationships
– Assigning categories and groups
– Notifications and alerting
– Helping group leaders oversee their teams
After registering, you will be sent an Outlook meeting invite within 24 hours. This will include the Zoom meeting connection details. This training is provided at no cost as a part of your Client Sense subscription.
